When the high-temperature automobile exhaust gas passes through the purification device, the purification agent in the three-way catalytic converter will enhance the activity of the three gases CO, HC and NOx, and promote them to undergo a certain oxidation-reduction chemical reaction, in which CO is oxidized at high temperature to become non-toxic. Color, non-toxic carbon dioxide gas; HC compounds are oxidized to water (H20) and carbon dioxide at high temperature; NOx is reduced to nitrogen and oxygen.

(2) The working principle of the muffler is:

Perforate a thin plate with a diameter less than or equal to 1.0mm on a thin plate with a thickness of less than 1.0mm, the perforation rate is 1-5%, and a certain thickness (5-20cm) air layer is left at the rear, and this layer is not filled with any sound absorption material, which constitutes the sound-absorbing structure of micro-perforated panels.
